Patricia Borba will demonstrate this bread baking technique based on Ken Forkish’s “Flour, Water, Salt Yeast” cookbook. Participants are welcome to follow along and mix their own dough during the presentation, or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful sense of community as we bake and break bread together.
