Visit Salida and enjoy this quaint historic town and all that the area has to offer. It is available for 4 days, three nights on April 25, 26, and 27th. Built in 1887, the Savoy building is home to this beautifully renovated and appointed Loft. The open floor plan is graced with historic brick walls and original 8' tall windows looking out onto First St. French doors open to a private bedroom, the kitchen is adorned with wood cabinets, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, and the dining and living spaces are fashionably furnished in a classic urban loft style. A rooftop patio completes the scene for this stylish downtown loft.

The space

The Savoy House Loft is well stocked for your stay including all the cookware, utensils and basic spices you'll need to prepare and serve meals for those times when you would rather stay in and relax. The space is set up perfectly for two but large enough and outfitted for four adults if you wish to invite freinds for dinner or to hang out on the patio. The dining table seats 6 guests with 4 additional stools for dining at the bar-height counter. The living room is arranged around a gas fireplace with a 50” high definition TV with cable, ROKU and a DVD player. A full sized bath includes double sinks, shower, a washer and dryer, and room to place your toiletries. Plenty of lush towels are ready for your use.

If you want to grill out or spend time relaxing in the cool mountain air, a patio is included on the roof top deck. Parking for one vehicle is provided out the back door behind the deck area.

We provide storage space for your bikes, small kayak or skis. Enjoy Salida's historic homes and quaint neighborhoods while taking a leisurely ride on our vintage bikes.  Gift Certificate will be provided.
